Hosting a wedding here at The Leadership Center has changed just a little bit in the last few months. In case you missed it, we have revamped our offerings. If you want to read a little bit about how that came to be, you can find that blog post here. We can still do everything from bridal shower to gift opening. I wanted to take the time and explain in more detail what is new.
Our pricing structure has changed, but now so much more is included in your rental. When you decide to hold your ceremony here, 200 brown chiavari chairs, a sound system, cocktail table with linen, a gathering room for before the ceremony and setup are included in your rental.
Getting married somewhere else, but want to host your reception here. Round or banquet tables, a dance floor, linens for up to 200 people, bridal party and grooms quarters with lunch, a gathering room the day before and after the wedding and setup of the space are included in the rental.
If you host your wedding and reception here, you get all of the above. If you decide to rent the facility exclusively, you get all of the above and more! You also have access to the space starting at 4:00 pm the day before until noon the day after your event. By renting the facility exclusively, this guarantees that only your wedding will take place on property that weekend, no other events will be booked.
We are also now offering two different coordination packages: day-of coordination and full wedding coordination. The day-of coordination package will give couples the opportunity to work with me the day of their wedding. I will assist with rehearsal that morning, coordinate vendors, assist with setup and the ceremony processional.
Full wedding coordination includes working with me from start to finish. This package includes a consultation, set-up and final detail meeting. Also included in the package is up to 200 minutes of phone time, visits with vendors, coordination with vendors, assistance with wedding day set-up including linens and décor, coordination of rehearsal the morning of and assistance with the ceremony processional.
The final addition to our wedding offerings is an a la carte menu. That menu includes a variety of items our couples can choose from to offer their guests or to help ease them in the planning process. Some of the items included are helping with RSVPs and sending out invitations, officiants to goodie baskets for your guests staying at The Leadership Center.
The one thing that remains the same is that we take the opportunity to be a part of your wedding day incredibly serious. We are honored to be a part of your special day and will work our hardest to ensure that your day is all that you want it to be and more!
