Here at The Leadership Center, we pride ourselves on creating moments that matter for our guests. Each member of the Hospitalityc Authority is charged with that mission each day.

Creating moments that matter isn’t done on whim or by chance. It’s an art that is crafted by intentional work, thoughtful actions and service mindedness. If you were to ask our team members what they do here, you are likely to hear the following:

“We create moments that matter.”

And if you asked them just how they do that?

“It’s through diligent planning, delicous food and clean & welcoming facilities. We put the T.L.C. in hospitality.”

Whether they are part of the kitchen staff, the facilities staff or the business office, we are all empowered equally to care for our guests. If we aren’t the exact person to solve an issue, then we connect our guests with the correct person. It’s really quite that simple.

And it’s not.

Whether they are part of the kitchen staff, the facilities staff or the business office, we are all empowered equally to care for our guests. If we aren’t the exact person to solve an issue, then we connect our guests with the correct person. It’s really quite that simple.

Serving guests can be hard. Sometimes, we’re pressed for time and we may not be as attentive as we should be. Sometimes, details get lost in translation and set-ups aren’t perfect. Sometimes, we simply aren’t able to accomodate a particular dietary need or a group due to set-up needs or availability. As the Hospitalityc Authority, we aren’t perfect. However, we are humble, servant minded, solution orriented and most of all, we care deeply about our guests, their needs and their experience. Due to that, we work very hard to say “yes” when we can and when we have to say “no”, we try to offer fair reasoning and other options. Hospitality is not a science, it is an craft. Our team works hard to craft and create moments that matter for guests in all we do.
