Thanks to ideas and comments from numerous advisors and FFA members, our next project has been named Project Paddleboat! The Leadership Center only has one paddleboat in working condition, so our goal is to purchase two more and new life jackets for use. We are asking for $100 contributions from chapters. District 11 has already committed to $1500! They are challenging other districts to do the same!
Due to pricing, we will not be purchasing paddleboats until November. Considering lowered costs during the off-season our goal is to attain $4000.
Donors will be recognized on Facebook, during FFA conferences, and on an engraved wooden sign by the dock. By participating in Project Paddleboat, you will give FFA members and other TLC guests the opportunity to enjoy this favorite recreational activity! A form for a Project Paddleboat contribution is located at the bottom of the page.
