Founded by the Nebraska Vocational Agricultural Foundation to enable the Nebraska FFA to have a home for its leadership training programs; as well as to provide for the training and educational needs of other youth and adult organizations.

At The Leadership Center we serve our clients as a premier conference and retreat center by providing quality leadership programs, exceptional customer service and a rewarding experience while fostering partnerships, resources and fiscal responsibilty.
The Leadership Center specializes in meetings, events and reunions of all sizes as small as 10 to 300! We can provide the lodging, the meeting space, meals and refreshments as well as recreation. We also have Wi-Fi in all our meeting rooms. Our staff strives to meet your needs and exceed your expectations!

Aurora Water Aerobics
Shelly Wofford has been offering water aerobics here at The Leadership Center for over 20 years! Not only is it a great way to work out, it's fun and affordable too!
Classes are offered:
Monday & Friday at 5:45 a.m.
Tuesday & Friday at 9:00 a.m.
Monday & Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
Classes are open to all!
The cost is $30 for the month or $10 per week (unlimited classes) or $3 per class visit. Please contact Shelly at 402-694-2911 for more information or just come to one of the classes! See you there!
