We are adding something new, it’s our Delectable Creations Classes. These classes are going to be culinary based and faciliated by our le Courdon Blue trained Chef, John Anderson and our Kitchen Manager, John Boeder. It’s been a an opportunity we’ve wanted to offer for some time so we finally took the plunge at the beginning of February 2019 with our Valentine’s Delectable Creations.

- June 8: Culturing Dairy Delectable Creations Class from 9 a.m. to Noon at The Leadership Center. Guest presenter, Dori Huenefeld will teach you about the health benefits of cultured dairy as well as how to make cultured butter, creme fraiche, buttermilk, yogurt, kefir & whey. This hands on class will include recipes and samples. Attendees will leave with cheese curds, cream cheese and buttermilk. It’s going to be wonderful. We hope you join us. The Delectable Creations Classes are just another part of D4LC education offerings. We look forward to bringing our community more opportunities to learn, engage and have fun.
