  Our coaching process is crafted to prepare our clients for their specific
  goals.\n\nInitially\, it was designed for youth and young adults who are 
 pursuing awards and honors which require interviews and/or extended oral e
 valuations. Scholarship applicants\, pageant contestants\, and organizatio
 n officer candidates are ideal clients for a program like FLEET.\n\nThe FL
 EET process has been honed over nearly 15 years of working with individual
 s to prepare them for organizational leadership\, awards\, pageants\, empl
 oyment and media interviews\, college selection processes\, and more. Thos
 e involved with this process work with at least two or more of our team du
 ring their FLEET Consultations.\n\nWhile we can't guarantee client's will 
 succeed in the specific pursuit\, we have found from all of our FLEET clie
 ntss who have fully committed themselves to the process\, is that they hav
 e more confidence and know how to handle high pressure situations or times
  that have great importance to them. They gain interviewing skills and imp
 rove their storytelling abilities. Overall they feel prepared\, confident\
 , and ready.\n\nFLEET Consultations are offered in 2 packages: 2 hours for
  $75 or 8 hours for $325. If more time is needed\, customized packages can
  be built upon request.
