 a\, we must have everything ordered by NOON on Wednesday March 19th! Ticke
 t sales will end at 6 p.m. on Tuesday\, March 18th\, so secure your spot b
 y then! There will NOT be any tickets sold at the door for this event.\n\n
 Here is what you need to know about the evening! \n5:30 p.m.        Doors 
 Open\n6:00 p.m.        Sides goes out to the tables\n6:15 p.m.         Cra
 wfish goes out to the tables.\n7:00 p.m. -ish-ish When all is served\, the
  crawfish doled out\, the music starts. This year's music is none other th
 an a Lousiana Bayou boy himself\, Dustin Dale Gaspard!\n7:45 p.m.         
 Dessert is served.\n\nIf you want your fair share of Crawfish\, we suggest
  being there by the time sides go out!\n\nSides are served family style. C
 rawfish Boil comes out in disposable third pans to each person. Chef comes
  around with refills!\n\nFor those of you coming from out of town\, we hav
