 est Gala. This year will be our 7th annual event. Each year\, we gather to
  celebrate the year's accomplishments\, look to the future\, fundraise and
  most importantly\, have fun! \n\nWe'll have our amazing hors d'oeuvres an
 d with a cash bar featuring wine from Prairie Creek Vineyards and beer fro
 m Prairie Pride Brewery. There with be the ever fun and competitive silent
  auction. \n\nOur Executive Chef\, John Boeder\, and our team\, will be co
 oking out a culinary delight featuring a salad with almonds and blood oran
 ge vinaigrette\, grapefruit basil sorbet\, sirloin steak & shrimp\, garlic
  smashed potatoes\, braised asparagus\, and baguette with herbed butter. T
 he meal will be complimented by beers from Prairie Pride and wines from Pr
 airie Creek. Our dessert auction and live auction will also be amazing! Af
 ter the auctions\, there will be dancing! Lots of dancing to the musical s
 tylings of the much beloved BD & the Boys!\n\nThe funds raised from this e
 vent will help us continue to recover from the impact of Covid-19 and now 
 Delta Variant. We're also looking to replace the roof on the east side of 
 the Mathers.\n\nWe cannot wait to gather and celebrate! We hope to see you
  there.
