 outh organization ready to grow\, this experience is for you.\n\nDuring MA
 PS\, your team will:\n•Build stronger communication and trust\n•Reflect on
  the past year and identify key lessons\n•Set clear intentions and goals f
 or the year ahead\n•Develop practical planning tools\, including calendars
  and action steps\n•Take ownership of your team’s future—and the role each
  member plays in it\n\nThis experience is all about your team. With a limi
 ted capacity of just four teams per session\, each group receives dedicate
 d time with a skilled Facilitator\, along with focused team work sessions 
 to apply what you’re learning in real time.\n\nEvent Schedule\n     Day 1:
 \n     • Check-in begins at 9:00 a.m.\n     • Conference kicks off at 10:1
 5 a.m.\n     Day 2:\n     • Conference concludes at 4:00 p.m.\n\nLeadershi
 p Investment:\n•Team Registration: $800 (includes up to 10 participants\, 
 advisor included)\n•••Additional Participants: $75 per person\n\nLodging &
