MEALS: Friday Supper @ 5:30pm, Saturday Breakfast @ 8am, Lunch @ Noon, Supper @ 5:30pm, Sunday Breakfast @ 8am, Lunch @ Noon

REFRESHMENTS: Beverage station on the entire time.

GATHERING ROOM: Lakeside (Conference Room), Mather West (Chapel), Mather East (Reception area/break area)

SET-UP: Lakeside – Classroom with Podium, sound system with lavalier microphone and microphone, flip chart w/ markers & tape, and supply table. Mather West – Sound system with lavalier mic, podium, theater style. Mather East – Rounds with chairs, 2-sided buffet line for snacks (not against the wall).

ADDITIONAL: Charged accordingly.

NOTES: Dr. Beverly Yahnke will be arriving a day early for set up. May be bringing other staff. Attendees that arrive early or stay a night later are responsible for booking that portion of their trip and paying for extra nights.

Pricing per person includes (6) meals, beverage station, and amenities. Also priced are your lodging options for (2) nights. Lodging is in addition to your event package.

Event Package Price: $137.94 (Prices don’t include sales tax).

Lodging Options: Single (1 person): $160.00 ($80.00 per room per night.)
