International Harvester Banquet
The group will arrive to check into their rooms at 3 p.m. on October 28th. Those who choose to stay overnight will leave at 10 a.m. on October 29th. Social Hour from 4-5, dinner @ 5
ROOMS: Mather East + West
Set-up: Serving line in Mather East + West, round tables. Pitchers on tables? Will let them know that having TLC decorate the space will be an additional cost. They will be bringing a cooler for beer to sit at the end of the serving line. They will likely need the projector and sound system.
• Would you like a head table with a white tablecloth & and skirt? - Yes, SEATS FOR 7 directors + secretary, 8 seats,
• Would you like a podium? If so, would you like a table top podium or a floor podium? - No need for podium
• If you would like us to provide table cloths, they cost $4.50++ each, and cloth napkins cost .60++ cents each. Furthermore, if you would like us to decorate the space for you, there will be an additional cost. - Will ask the directors.
• Do you need microphones? And how many? - Just one
Banquet Meal: Brisket meal, with chefs' choice of sides and desert. Served in Mather East + West - serving at 5:00 p.m.
For those staying overnight, they will be served breakfast in Mather at 8:00 a.m. the next morning.
