C.O.L.T. Lodging Reservations will open at Noon on April 15, 2026.
The Google form will go live at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Wednesday, April 15th — the same time COLT registration opens. Reservations will be processed in the order they are received.
LODGING PRICING:
• Lodge Rooms: $110.00 per room per night
• Dorm/Cabins*^: $25.00 per person per night
*Guests selecting dorm/cabin accommodations must provide their own bedding and toiletries.
CONFIRMATION & INVOICING:
Once your reservation is submitted, please allow some time for processing. Invoices will be sent out beginning Friday, April 17th. Please note: we will not be accepting lodging calls until Friday, April 17th. No reservations will be made via email or text.
IMPORTANT POLICIES — PLEASE READ:
• CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Reservation changes may be made without financial penalty any time before 3:00 PM, at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your session start date. Any changes made after this deadline will be subject to a financial penalty.
• PAYMENT: Full payment must be received at or before check-in. If payment has not been received, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. As of January 26, 2026, a 3% convenience fee will be automatically applied to all card transaction.
• CREDIT CARD SECURITY: A credit card on file will be required for your reservation. We will get your information once your reservation is confirmed and invoice is sent. Credit card information will be securely destroyed after rooms have been checked out for damage.
