We are a nonprofit based in Aurora, NE offering education, community, and delicious food. Through our leadership programs, conference and retreat center, coffee shop, and catering, we create moments that matter for our clients and guests. Our ultimate goal is to inspire and enable community building at every level.

The Leadership Center sits on 43.5 acres with over 13,000 square feet of meeting space, 60 hotel-style lodge rooms, 3 dorm style cabins, a full-service kitchen and numerous recreational opportunities. We also own a coffee shop in downtown Aurora where we host community events, offer meeting space and showcase artists. Beyond event coordination and meeting space, we offer multiple educational opportunities through our Disciplines 4 Leadership Communities programs, Culinary Experiences and Internships. We serve guests from every county in Nebraska, every state in the country and even 25+ countries around the the world to date.
