D4LC (Disciplines 4 Leadership in Communities) was once a stand-alone conference founded in 2015 but now an umbrella brand for all of our leadership programs.

We have over 13,000 square feet of meeting room space on 40 acres of property with room to accommodate over 400 people during the day, sleep 396 of them, feed all of them and our staff is full of teachers!
