St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner! So we thougth we'd have a little Irish fun. During our Delectable Creations Class, attendees will be making a Sweet & Salty Irish Truffle Cake. You will get to make a stout cake, sweet & salty truffles, Irish Cream Buttercream and Irish Ganache. When your done with your very Irish "boozy" inspired dessert, you'll get to take it home along with the recipe!

We do want to note that while we will use alcohol in our recipes, the proof cooks/bakes out and the flavor stays behind!
