Pond Parties at The Leadership Center
The pond behind The Leadership Center provides an excellent space for gatherings during the warmer months. This party option provides fantastic views, calm ambiance, and helps guests feel connected in the memories they create together.

Party Details
Included in the pond party is access to the kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats. Guests are allowed to partake in catch-and-release fishing in the pond--you must bring your own fishing gear! T.L.C. staff will prepare and light a bonfire for your group and we will provide roasting sticks for guests to use. Your group is allowed to bring s'mores supplies, or you can purchase s'mores supplies from The Leadership Center (priced above).
For our pond parties we limit the total number of guests to 15-participants, including chaperones. Groups must have at least one chaperone that is the age of 21 or older.
Rules & Guidelines
- Life jackets must be worn by guests using the kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats. The Leadership Center provides life jackets.
- If fishing, it is catch-and-release ONLY. Guests must bring their own fishing gear and bait.
- Parties must have a chaperone aged 21 or older.
- Swimming is NOT permitted in the pond.
- Our facility is smoke free. This includes vapor and e-cigarettes.
- We do not allow pets on our grounds. Working dogs are allowed if properly documented.
