TLC House Concert featuring Ben Gage

Sunday, October 6, 2024
3:00 pm5:00 pm
Espressions: Coffee & Community, 1117 M St., Aurora, NE 68818

In partnership with BeNt Shadows House Concerts & Cindy McClellan, we are hosting a Sunday Special house concert at Espressions: Coffee & Community featuring the ever-talented Ben Gage.

The show begins at 3:00 p.m. - the entire shop beverage and meal menu will be open to order from! There is a suggested donation of $10-$20.00. All funds collected at the door will go to the artist.

Our menu has plenty of plant-based and gluten-free options available for those who need or prefer them. So, if you are so inclined, please come enjoy a meal along with the beautiful musical stylings of Ben Gage.

At intermission, we'll offer a selection of tasty baked goods (including a few gluten-free ones) and coffee or tea for all to enjoy.

Now, more about Gage:

Ben Gage is a songwriter from Akron, OH blending folk and roots blues. Ben Gage grew up in the rust belt of Northeast Ohio, spread out in the countryside along the great Lake Erie. His roots run deep alongside the hard-working blue collars that Ohio has to boast. That tenacity, love of family, and respect for a long day can be seen in his music. In Fall of 2021 Ben quit his job in the tech-sector to pursue music full time. Now he travels the US sharing stories and songs and always collecting more.

“For me, nothing captures a moment the way a song can. I have always struggled to live in the moment, itching to get to the next “thing”, but a song stops me in my tracks. It demands attention and will fall to pieces without it. Songs are my anchors to the now.”
— Ben Gage

Again, the suggested donation at the door is $10-$20.00. All funds collected will go to the artist.

The shop is open from 1-6 p.m.
