This is the greatest gem in Nebraska. The surrounding grounds add to the outdoor experience, yet the comforts of the lodge give groups a wide variety of activities. For our group this is a complete experience. The staff makes our group feel at home and is always accommodating. Thank you for everything you folks do. We love it here!

When looking for someone to help with food, setting tables, and all the small details at the reception, I knew exactly who I needed to reach out to. Maile and Micheala at TLC were the perfect people to make sure everything ran smoothly and just how I wanted it. The Leadership Center was a terrific place to create. The views out the windows were very calming yet inspirational. The walk about the grounds in the snow were rewarding (the truck was a big reward). Also the coyote droppings with the bones and plastic nail were very interesting. My time in the classroom was great. I finished 14 pieces in my 5 days and long nights, the only problem was too much food!

For our wedding and reception I wanted things to be perfect to give my bride the absolute best day ever. Things went about as perfectly as they could have and it absolutely wouldn’t have been possible without the help of TLC. They were there every step of the way offering support, staff, or any other assistance we may have needed. Maile and Micheala’s expert eye for what looks good was of great assistance when we were piecing together our reception. While my then fiance's family was preparing the main dish, the kitchen at TLC expertly and deliciously made green beans, and cheesy potato casserole. Micheala helped Emily with various things ranging from specific advice as someone who has personally put together many weddings to helping with a simple “what looks good” question. Our day would not have been possible had it not been for the TLC staff. I will forever be grateful for their help and support creating our big day. They are amazing, hardworking, and dedicated people whose expertise, in my opinion, is unmatched.

Loved it all! The meals were extra good this year. The staff is always so very nice and really know how to make you feel welcome. This stay here is one of the top highlights of my year. I have been other places that are just as nice, but it is the staff who make this place so special.

Thank you TLC Staff for your hospitality!!! You have a wonderful facility. I especially enjoyed the pool and painting the International harvester L-150. This facility is perfect for plain air painting. We've enjoyed using the space for the Grand Island Sketch Club, Artist's Runaway.
