We welcome The Alternative to lead this event! Enjoy the healing vibrations and calming sounds for a truly relaxing experience.
Sound bath will be from 7-8 then enjoy refreshments and socializing from 8-8:30.

Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket to lay on and something to support your head. Eye masks are a great addition too.

You must register and pay ahead for this event to keep your spot. Registration fee is $40. The registration fee is non refundable, if you cannot make it to the event half of the fee can be redeemed in credit to use at Society Wellness.
