Supper: Chicken breast, Wild Rice, Carrots-use real butter
Fresh Salad bar with lots of toppings. No Dorothy Lynch. Blue Cheese, Ranch, Basalmic and oil/vinagar
John's NSNG Dark Chocolate Cheesecake with a dollop of real whip cream.
Breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit
Lunch: Salad Bar LOADED with fresh healthy goodness and meats, healthy dessert
Bowls of fresh fruit
No soda, hot tea, coffee, heavy whipping cream and half and half, honey, lemon wedges, infused water...no sugary stuff
