Our mission statement broken down: 

•Our clients are from all over the state, the country and the world. 50,000+ of them every year and we have the privilege to serve and care for them. 

•We serve them with welcoming and clean facilities, a beautiful and peaceful property, delicious catering and diligent planning. 

•Leadership programs: we have a number of programs that fall under our Disciplines 4 Leadership Communities (D4LC) including Explore, M.A.P.S., F.L.E.E.T., Navigate Day Camp, Camp Traverse, etc. 

•Exceptional Customer Service: Our team is the Hospitalityc Authority because we proudly put TLC in hospitality. We genuinely care about our guests, their stories and their experiences. 

•Our partnerships are vast, including the Nebraska FFA, the Nebraska FFA Alumni, the Edgerton Explorit Center, the Prairie Plains Resource Institute…and many more. 

•Our resources and fiscal responsibility: we take this to heart. We have been entrusted with our guests most prized relationships including their families, their business, their learning and their moments. We have also been entrusted with the work and the legacy of The Leadership Center. We take it seriously and proudly do the work every day.
