The Leadership Center is a premier conference and retreat center located in Aurora, Nebraska, which sits on 43.5 acres with over 13,000 square feet of meeting space, 60 hotel-style lodge rooms, 3 dorm style cabins, a full-service kitchen and numerous recreational opportunities. We also offer full event coordination for meetings, special events, and weddings. Beyond events, we offer multiple educational opportunities through our Disciplines 4 Leadership Communities programs, Culinary Experiences and Internships. We serve guests from every county in Nebraska, every state in the country and traditionally 25+ countries around the the world.
